LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $50 fee for less than 24 hours notice of cancelled or rescheduled appointments will be added to your account after the first occurrence. After the first occurrence any subsequent occurrences will be charged the cost of the full price single visit for that service.

NO-SHOW POLICY

No show fee is the cost of full price single visit for that service. After 3 no shows, you will be dismissed from the clinic.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due in full at the time of service. We take payments in cash, checks, and all major credit cards for your convenience.

INSURANCE

We do not bill insurance. You are responsible for paying in full at the time of service. If you have insurance that covers acupuncture for out-of-network providers we are happy to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit directly to your insurance provider. Depending on your plan, your insurance company will reimburse you according to your policy.
